Inclement weather may necessitate the closing or delay of schools. If schools are closed this will also include the cancellation of extracurricular activities and the events in the community pool unless otherwise announced. Please listen to local radio or television stations for school closings or delays. You will also be notified by phone and email of any closings or delays via the district's automated message system. Label your Child's Outerwear!
With Winter here, please remember to put your child's name on all of their outerwear - snowpants, boots, gloves, hats, etc. Do you know how many pairs of black snowpants are found? If they have a name in them, we can make sure they get to their rightful owner. Note about mittens: Please have your child wear waterproof gloves or mittens. The knitted kind get wet when the kids play in the snow and their hands can get very cold! Community Corner
