Don't forget to place your order!
Take advantage of this easy, convenient, and time-saving way to purchase school supplies for next year. "School Kidz" is a program that supplies you with a kit that contains all of the supplies listed on our "school supply lists" that are put together by our teachers for each grade level. These kits are competitively priced and take the hassle out of shopping for these items on your own. The kits will be delivered to school in mid August in time for you to pick them up to get ready for the start of another school year. Many parents who have ordered these in the past ask for them every year. It is a great convenience! If you need an order form, please call the school office as we have extra.

Memory Books
If you ordered a Memory Book from Harmann's, they will be distributed to students on the last day of school. We will be taking time that morning to have students have them signed by friends and teachers before taking them home. We have a few extra that are available for sale. The cost is $13.00 and they will be sold on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to purchase one, please call the office. All checks should be made out to Harmann's. Planning a Move?
Please notify the school office at 662-8800 as soon as possible if your child will be transferring out of Bay Harbor or the district at any time. Also, contact the school office when an address, phone number and/or contact information changes. It is important to keep student records accurate in case parents need to be contacted in an emergency situation. It also ensures accurate communication between school and home.

SAVE THE DATE - Fundraiser to help update our Literacy Room -Tuesday, June 3rd at Gallagher's Pizza Over the past two years, Bay Harbor has been focused on building and updating the Literacy Room. This room is utilized by all of the staff to enrich students’ literacy skills – primarily in a guided reading setting. In order to help upgrade the resources in this room, we are holding a fundraiser at all Gallagher’s Pizza locations on Tuesday, June 3rd. Please help support Bay Harbor by grabbing a bite to eat from Gallagher’s that day (lunch or dinner). You can even do carry-out or delivery! All you need to do is present the flyer, relax, and enjoy some good eats! Gallagher’s will then donate 20% of the proceeds, from the families that presented the flyers, to Bay Harbor! The flyer will be sent home in the Wednesday Take Home Envelopes on Wednesday, May 28th. Extra flyers will be sent home so you can share them with friends and family! Thank you so much for your continued support! Click here to see the flyer. What you can do to help: - Tell your friends and family about the event – share the flyers when you get them! - Write a blurb in your newsletters and/or websites about the event - Ask your students/families to “save the date” A 20% kickback is pretty huge! Thank you in advanced for all of your help!!! J Let’s get our book room looking fabulous! Joanna, Mindy, & Alison Golden Ticket Golden Ball Golden Tray
