Field Day Coming Soon - Friday, June 3rd
Volunteers Needed!
Calling all Bay Harbor Families, WE NEED YOUR HELP! We are looking for volunteers to help us with the Field Day activities for 1-2 hours on Friday, June 3rd. We are looking for people to assist with lunch, games, and distribute the end of the day treat between 10:45 AM and 2:30 PM.
If you are not familiar with Field Day, it is an afternoon long event, running from lunch time until the end of the day. The students have a picnic lunch, head over to Idlewild Park for various games and finish the day off with a cool treat. This is a SUPER FUN end-of-the-school year event for ALL students, but it takes many volunteers to make this day a success!
If you are interested (and even if you can’t commit to an entire hour), please fill out the Field Volunteer Form that was put in the Take Home Envelopes last week Wednesday and return it to the school office by Friday, May 13th. If you did not receive the form and are interested in volunteering, please contact Rich Glen at [email protected]. You can also click here to print the form. Thank you!
