June 5, 2013 Print Newsletter
Volume 5, Issue 37
A farewell message from Mr. Siech,
It is with mixed emotions that I write my final newsletter to the families and friends of Bay Harbor. As of July 1, 2013, I will take on my new position serving as the Director of Technology & Information Services for the Howard Suamico School District I will miss the students, teachers and parents, however, I am ready for a new professional challenge, and I am grateful for this wonderful opportunity the district has given me. I will always have a special place in my heart for Bay Harbor and its greater community and I feel fortunate to have had the unique opportunity to open Bay Harbor Elementary in 2008, and it has been extremely rewarding.
One of my favorite quotes is by Margaret Mead, “Never believe that a few caring people can't change the world. For, indeed, that's all who ever have.” I have always appreciated the outpouring of support our families and community have shown over the years to help change our world through the continued work with our children. I am confident that Bay Harbor will continue to excel and grow and I feel blessed to have been part of something so great. Thank you again for your support as educational partners.
