Dear Parents and Guardians,
Bay Harbor will soon be publishing its 5th annual Student Directory!
The Student Directory is your source for information to contact classmates and friends of your child(ren), and for networking with families at Bay Harbor. They will be sold at a cost of $2.00 each with the proceeds going to the Student Council.
Please click here to complete the form to include your childs(ren) information in the directory. The due date for you to complete this form is Wednesday, October 5th.
Please do not send any money at this time. An order form will be available to use to purchase a directory once they are published. Please watch the Newsletter for the link to the order form in a few weeks.
We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to use the Directory to connect with your Bay Harbor friends and families and for them to connect with you!

Changes to Contact Information???
Please contact the school office at 662-8800 when an address, phone number, email address or other contact information changes. It is important to keep student records accurate in case of an emergency situation. It also ensures accurate communication between school and home. The Brown County Health Department staff came to our school this past month to provide Hearing Screenings which targeted 4K, 5K and 1st grades, and any students requested by teachers, parents or guardians. The Health Department would like to take this opportunity to say "thank you" to the following volunteers who came in to assist with the screening process: Brenda Tebon and Jeri Gossman Turn Markers into Energy! If you haven't already done so, please click on the link below to and then scroll down until you see either the Kindergarten Mulberry Farms icon or the 2nd grade Heritage Hill icon to complete the on line Field Trip form and make payment for your child to attend this field trip. Fall Box Tops Contest!
Look in today’s take home envelope for our first contest of the school year. The classroom that collects the most Box Tops will win a gift for the classroom. It’s easy to do; just clip Box Tops from participating products. Glue or tape 10 unexpired Box Tops onto the flyer to participate in the contest. Contest deadline is October 14, 2016. Note: Box Tops that are expired or missing the product code will not count. Bonus Box Tops should be sent in separately and not attached to the collection sheets. Have more than 10 Box Tops? Print off this sheet - click here. Box Tops can also be placed in a baggie/envelope labeled with child's teacher and grade level. Last year, we earned over $2,400 by collecting Box Tops. Bay Harbor will be holding an all school food drive for the Giving Tree the week of October 10-14. Non-perishable items can be brought in throughout the week and placed in bins located in the main hallway. The 4th graders will be going to the Giving Tree the afternoon of October 26th to work in the pantry. Students will also be learning about poverty. The items listed below are what the food pantry is in most need of: Oatmeal, syrup, ramen, soup, cream soups, noodles and boxed potatoes. The 2016 Bay Harbor Punt, Pass and Kick Contest is now complete! This year we had 325 students in grades 1st-4th participate! All students should be commended on the fine efforts put forth! Below the winners are listed along with their scores. The FIRST place winner in each category will now advance to the sectional level of competition held in October!
