Students in Kindergarten, 1st and 3rd grades will be screened on Wednesday, October 21st. If you have concerns regarding your child's vision, please discuss this with your child's teacher. If you have any questions, please contact the school office at 662-8800. If you prefer not to have your child screened, you need to complete and return this form - click here Prairie Farms Milk Caps
Prairie Farms milk caps are worth 10 cents instead of 5 cents for our school until October 31st through their Our Caps Your Cause Caps 4 Kids Campaign. Five lucky schools also have the chance to win an ice cream social and an additional 5,000 cap credits! There are only 21 schools participating in this promotion….We have a good chance of winning if everyone helps us by voting. There is no limit to how many times you can vote. LAST CHANCE TO TURN IN THE ORANGE "PERMISSION TO INCLUDE INFORMATION" SHEETS to have your information included in the Student Directory. The directory will be published soon! The directory is your source for student and family contact information that you can use to contact friends and classmates of your child(ren) and to network with families at Bay Harbor. Student Directories will be sold for $2.00 each with the proceeds going to our Student Council. They will be available to purchase as of Thursday, October 22nd. Please do not send any money now. An order form will be going home in next weeks Take Home Envelopes. They will also be available to purchase in the office at each of the parent/teacher conferences and thereafter.

Scholastic Book Fair! - in conjunction with the Parent/Teacher Conferences
Tuesday, October 22nd and Thursday, October 27th. 3:30-7:00 in the gym! Check it out before or after your conference! Think gift giving! An event for students at Bay Harbor to select gifts for their loved ones with the help of a personal shopper. The PTO would like to invite all Bay Harbor students and siblings to come holiday shopping right in our very own school gymnasium! The Holiday Shoppe will be open on Saturday, November 7 from 10am-1pm. "Money envelopes" will be sent home soon which will allow parents to list all the people the children can shop for and set a "budget" of what they can spend on that person. The cost of the items range from $.25 to $10.00 and there are gifts for all family members, even your pets! (These envelopes should be brought with you to this event with cash enclosed). You can even come hungry for breakfast, and visit our bake shop while your children shop, where we will have donuts and muffins for sale. We hope you can join us for a fun morning of shopping, eating and getting in the holiday spirit! NOTE: We are in need of help with set up for this event after school on Friday, October 6th. We are also in need of donations for breakfast bakery items for the café. If you can help in any way, please contact Sandi Beaver (text or call) 920-217-8296 or [email protected]. Show your School Spirit! Bay Harbor Apparel Sale Coming Soon! You will be able to see Bay Harbor clothing samples in the main hallway during the Parent/Teacher Conferences to check for sizing. Order Forms will be going home in next Wednesday's Take Home Envelopes and will also be available in the office if you would like to place an order during the conferences times.
