Here we are, THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL! We had a wonderful morning together. We
celebrated with an all -school assembly where we watched a Bay Harbor “Year in Review video", celebrated Mrs. Joynt’s retirement, advanced each class to the next grade with a flick
of a wand and words of wisdom, signed yearbooks, did Zumba, and the morning ended with a staff vs 4th grade kickball game! Staff won! The Bay Harbor Sailor kids were AWESOME today and
have been FANTASTIC all year! Be sure to check out POWERSCHOOL for your child’s report card! You will
receive a phone call and email at 6:00pm tonight regarding report cards!
Thank you again for a wonderful year of Serving-Learning-Achieving-----TOGETHER! I look forward to
2014-2015!

Howard-Suamico School District Calendar Click here to view this At - A - Glance Calendar for 2014-2015 Summer Reading Calendars
As summer approaches, we want to stress how important it is that all students continue to read at least 20 minutes daily! This helps keep their reading skills sharp over the Summer! For your convenience, we have included links to the READ calendars for the months of June through August. Any student who meets their monthly reading goal this Summer and returns the completed calendars to school in September will receive an incentive. The reading goals per grade are as follows: K - 360 minutes, 1st through 3rd grade - 400 minutes, and 4th grade - 600 minutes. The READ calendars were sent home on Monday OR you can view or print calendars here: June July August PTO Volunteer Opportunities for the 2014-2015 school year!
Want to meet some fun new people, keep a pulse on what's happening at Bay Harbor or offer up some fresh new ideas? We would love to hear from you!!! Please consider volunteering on one of our committees or filling one of our vacant positions for the 2014-2015 school year. We are currently seeking volunteers to help with the following:
I know we can fill these needs and make the 2014-2015 school year an amazing one!!! Please contact Hollie Linder ([email protected])if you are interested!! END OF SCHOOL YEAR REMINDERS

Field Day Fun!
Friday, June 6th was our annual end of the school year event called "Field Day". Everyone had fun playing games and enjoying the beautiful weather. A special thank you to Nola Oberhofer and Rich Glen for all of their hard work in organizing and planning this event. Awesome! Report Cards
Report Cards will be ready to be viewed on June 10th at 6:00pm. A phone call and email message with direct links and information will be sent home at that time. To view the report card, you can use your child’s school login information or your own PowerSchool information. In advance, please be sure to have that information ready so that you can view the report card and talk with your child about the progress he/she has made this year. Planning a Move?
Please notify the school office at 662-8800 as soon as possible if your child will be transferring out of Bay Harbor or the district at any time. Also, contact the school office when an address, phone number and/or contact information changes. It is important to keep student records accurate in case parents need to be contacted in an emergency situation. It also ensures accurate communication between school and home. Community Corner
