A Message from Mr. Ebeling
Is it true? Will there finally be OUTDOOR RECESS TODAY??? Our entire building needs the weather to warm up so students can spend time outdoors. We have been making many announcements about being sure to wash your hands because there is a lot sickness going around.
Report Cards
On Friday at 6:00 you will receive a message that you can access report cards in PowerSchool. This has become the norm in all schools, so I know that you all know how to log in, but continued messages with direct links will be sent out to aid you in this process. PLEASE be sure to access the report card and converse with your child about their strengths and areas of growth potential. Help to celebrate the hard work they have been putting in.
TEESO and Parent-Teacher Conferences
Parent Teacher conferences are fast approaching (February 11, 16 from 4-7:30). It has been the process at Bay Harbor to sign up for conferences during open house. The secretary then inputs all of your appointments into a spreadsheet, sends home reminders, updates teachers on schedules, etc. It is not a lean process by any means. We are going to try using an on-line scheduler called, TEESO. Multiple other schools in the district use this tool and find it very successful. We will begin by inputting all of your already scheduled meetings into TEESO so you do not have to do anything. The system will send you a couple emails to remind you of your meeting. Watch for more information regarding TEESO as it is a tool that I believe you will find very helpful and user friendly (especially if you have students in other buildings or if you ever have to adjust your times).
Awesome things are happening at Bay Harbor! Thank you for your continued partnership.

EMERGENCY CLOSINGS AND DELAYS
Inclement weather may necessitate the closing or delay of schools. If schools are closed this will also include the cancellation of extracurricular activities and the events in the community pool unless otherwise announced. Please listen to local radio or television stations for school closings or delays. Such weather may also deter students from going outside during the school day. Please be sure that students are dressed appropriately for the weather. In addition to local radio and television, weather conditions can be checked on-line at www.hssd.k12.wi.us. Click on the Wunderground link for local weather conditions and forecasts. ******************************** Bay Harbor Playground Expansion Project This QR code will take you directly to our “Go Fund Me” page - or Click here.
