A Message from the Principal,
Bay Harbor Sailor Families,
October has come on strong but so has the teaching and learning at Bay Harbor! I spent a lot of time in classrooms yesterday and was “Wow’d” by the positive energy, focus, and engagement in the learning. Though the nights get busy with activities, let’s continue to have conversations with our kids around their goals and passions.
Giving Tree Food Drive
Thank you for your support in the Giving Tree Food Drive! It was a HUGE success! We set a new record of 770 lbs of food (and there is still more coming in). This is definitely a Win-Win! On Halloween, our 4th graders will be headed there to help stock the shelves and get the pantry ready for the Thanksgiving season. Thank you again!
Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences, Book Fair, Fall Fest…..Oh My!!!
Exciting times are ahead to celebrate learning and being together. Please see more detailed information below regarding the upcoming conference Sign-up, conferences, the book fair, and our very fun FALL FEST!
Golden Apple Nominations
To nominate a Bay Harbor educator, please use this quick and easy on-line form (CLICK HERE). This is one way to make our teachers feel special and to send an appreciation. All nominations are due October 31st.
Try Hockey For Free
I wanted to throw this out there as information because of the excitement students are having in their floor hockey unit and the questions they are asking about wanting to play more. Students have been growing their interest in the sport, especially with the winter months coming. CLICK HERE for an upcoming Try Hockey For Free Event on November 9th at Cornerstone in Ashwaubenon. This is for ages 4-9 and no skating or hockey experience is necessary.
Your continued partnership is appreciated,
Tony Ebeling, Principal
