Meet a new staff member at Bay Harbor this year...
Hi. I am Lydia Storby, and I am one of the new third grade teachers at Bay Harbor Elementary School this year. I received my Bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University. This is my 11th year in education. Previously, I taught primary grades for 10 years in a suburb of Minneapolis. I’ve spent the last 10 years at home raising my 3 boys. In the recent years, I have had the opportunity to fill in for 3 maternity leaves as a long term substitute here in the Howard Suamico School District. Now that our youngest is in 5th grade at Lineville, I thought it was a great time to return to teaching. I live a few short blocks from Bay Harbor with my husband, Mark and our sons, Sam, Jack & Ben. I feel both blessed and excited to have the opportunity to work with the families and staff of Bay Harbor. I am enjoying teaching third grade and the third graders I teach!
