Thanks to all of you in our Bay Harbor Community, Fall Fest is over and was a great success!!! We exceeded our budgeted goal this year and had a great time doing so. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who volunteered, all of our families and local businesses who supported our event, to our Teachers and Staff, and to everyone who attended. This event takes a lot of resources, and it would not be successful without everyone doing a part. We have such a fun and generous community here, and it's so amazing to see that for the 5th straight year. Well done! The Fall Fest Committee A Fall Fest Prize - An Extra Phy ed Class Students whose winning ticket was drawn at the Fall Fest for the "Extra Physical Education Class" had the opportunity to claim their winnings. On Monday, October 20th these students were invited to the gym for 30 minutes of fun and activity with Mr. Vanden Hoogen! It was a great way to continue to stay active and support the Fall Fest. Our 3rd Annual Family Fun Event, the Holiday Shoppe, is just around the corner! Mark your calendars for this fun event for you and your children. Our PTO would like to invite all Bay Harbor students and siblings to come holiday shopping at our 3rd Annual Holiday Shoppe right in our very own school gymnasium! The Holiday Shoppe will be open 2 DAYS for your convenience this year. Friday, November 14 from 6-8pm AND Saturday, November 15 from 9am-noon. Closer to the date, money envelopes will be sent home in the Wednesday Take Home Envelopes that will allow the parents to list all the people you want your children to shop for and set a "budget" of what they can spend per person. They can even shop for YOUR presents with our very own "personal shoppers" that will take them through the Holiday Shoppe while you sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and a baked good in our very own Bake Shop! The cost of the gifts will range from $.25 to $10.00 and there are gifts for all family members, even your pets! We really hope you can join us for holiday shopping either that Friday or Saturday. Thank you in advance for supporting your PTO. If you have any questions or would like to help with this event, please contact Sandi Beaver at 920-217-8296 or [email protected]. Happy Holidays! Reminder: Picture Day Orders are due back on Thursday, October 23rd! A special "Thank You" to the following parents who helped on Picture Day: Heidi Lemke, Amy Johnson and Jasmine Butler. Please help us reach our financial goal of $4,000 raised, and our family participation goal of 50%,by filling out the little pink PTO donation form that was attached to a white envelope in your open house packet of information.
