Bay Harbor's annual Father/Daughter Dance will be coming up soon! Come join in the fun! If dad's are unavailable, a special person is more than welcome to accompany our Bay Harbor lady. There will be also be a DJ. There will be a $1 charge per person at the door. Baked goodies and flowers will be available for a purchase as well. Girls can wear a special outfit or dress for this special event.
**We need volunteers to donate baked goods (cupcakes, cookies, bars) water, and juice boxes for this event. If you are able to bake/donate, please email Sally Scheffen in the Bay Harbor Office at [email protected]. All baked goods can be dropped off in the office on the day of the dance.

Attention Parents and Guardians of 4th Graders! Class Field Trip to Madison - "INTENT FORMS" due today!
Please make sure to complete and return the yellow "Intent Form" that was sent home with all 4th graders a few weeks ago. We need to know whether or not you plan on attending this field trip with your child, as the cost of busing is dependent on knowing how many will attend. Also, if you plan on attending, please make sure you have an approved background check on file with the district. If you still need to do this, click here for the instructions.

Music Class Options for Lineville On Wednesday, March 13th, students in 4th grade will visit Lineville Intermediate School for a Music Class Demonstration. Your child will need to choose a music class for 5th grade. Musicians in Band, Chorus, and Orchestra will perform for the 4th graders and discuss the music class options. After March 13th you will be able to register your choices for music and other classes using an internet link which will be emailed to you. Class registrations will be due by March 22nd. School District band and orchestra teachers are seeking used band and orchestra instrument donations. Donated instruments in good playing condition are maintained by the Giving Tree and offered to students whose families cannot afford instrument rental costs. If you have an unused band instrument at home, please consider donating it to the district music department. Donations can be dropped off in the Lineville Intermediate School office. Please contact Mr. Zipperer (band; [email protected]) or Mr. Wucherer (orchestra; [email protected]) with any questions. Emergency School Closing and Delays
Inclement weather may necessitate the closing or delay of schools. If schools are closed this will also include the cancellation of extracurricular activities and events in the community pool, unless otherwise announced. Please listen to local radio or television stations for school closings or delays. You will also be notified by phone and email of any closing or delays via the districts automated messaging system. PLANNED ABSENCE FORM All absences from school, not related to an illness, injury or family emergency, must be requested in writing at least 48 hours in advance in order for the absence to be excused (family vacation for example). Please complete the Advance Absence Notice for this purpose and return to school. This form will be routed to the student’s teachers for approval signatures.
