Good Afternoon Sailor Families,
This has been another wonderful week of learning and being TOGETHER at Bay Harbor. Monday’s assessment day and our focus on Childhood Cancer Awareness was a great way to start the week. As a reminder, please check my communication from last week in regards to all of the events this week.
The money donations for Bryan’s Angel Classic have been wonderful. The donations for the Child Life Center are also starting to come in but the need is HIGH. Please CLICK HERE to find the list of needs.
Thursday:
Pajamin’ for Cancer- wear pajamas $1
We’re on TV: WFRV, Channel 5 @ 9:35ish
Friday:
Wear Gold/Yellow
$1 for a chance to shave Mr. Ebeling’s head. 5 lucky student names will be drawn
Assembly 10:00
Assessments:
This time of year is filled with mini assessments and conversations with students so that we can better understand the needs of the individual child and plan for instruction. Classrooms are working to become a learning community which doesn’t happen overnight. The saying, “Start slow to move fast!” is true at this time each year. You will be amazed at the progress made throughout the year!
